About Bailey's Shaved Ice

Hi, I’m McKenzie Forte, the proud owner and founder of Bailey’s Shaved Ice, a snow cone business built from passion, determination, and a love for bringing smiles to others. 

When I couldn't find a job that would give me the experience I desired, I took things into my own hands. Instead of waiting for a door to open, I opened one myself. Being in control of my own fate has been one of the most empowering choices I've ever made, and it's allowed me to combine effort and imagination in a way that truly makes me happy.

Along the way, however, one thing that has been a constant companion has been my dog, Bailey. He's an 8 year old golden doodle, and not just a faithful friend—he's accompanied me through the darkest times of my life and is now the official mascot of my business. His smiling face is seen around our stand frequently, as a reminder to everyone that sometimes comfort and happiness can be as simple as a cold, cool snow cone on a nice summer day.

I truly love what I do, and I give each customer kindness, professionalism, and a smile. Whether it's doing events in the community, parties, or just a cozy afternoon in the neighborhood, I want each encounter to be a pleasant one.
